I haven't commented on that here yet, because I felt like I needed to see the whole interaction properly before I said anything.

I am not excusing what they said, it was very damaging. But I would imagine coming face to face with someone who openly says they served in the IDF would be very confronting.

Let's not forget, Israel and the IDF have been an oppressor.
