Hacienda Roliste🇬🇧 Tonight, it's Pirates! And I needed something to roll my dice on, didn't I? And as we planned to spice up our session with a little drinking game (with or without alcohol, it doesn't matter), I designed this compass-like tray. It's obviously adorned with an illustration strongly reminiscent of the famous “Jolly Roger”, but its main feature is the presence of 5 cavities for positioning 5 shot glasses. Il est évidemment orné d'une illustration rappelant fortement le fameux "Jolly Roger" mais se caractérise surtout par la présence de 5 alvéoles permettant le positionnement de 5 verres à shot. Julie SmithSo, a mostly organized tray (Image, top left). Image, top right, shows how the square tube is divided into a 3 sided dice "tray" by using 1/3rds... who didn't think math could be useful... and FUN!! Not me 🤣Honestly, the dice aren't fussy about it being exact thirds, though the straighter you are with your cuts... the straighter the trays are... but life... full of twists & turns so... things being straight is really just a bit boring, eh 🙄😆Lower left shows how dice sit inside the "tray"... you have a bit of leeway with the width... like when you fold it's actually the width of the bottom of the tray that determines which dice it will suit... smaller or slightly wider 🤷‍♀️The last image shows how I folded the tube sections. I only fold the first & then the second crease... then TRIM lengthwise. Normally I use my integrated dice box, dice tower, dice tray combo, but it's not always convenient outside of formal situations (like a game group gathering). This dice tray is convenient to slip into a backpack or such, taking up almost no space and weighing next to nothing and goes well with the small dice pouch I always have on my person somewhere.

Elles faisaient bien attention à ne pas les faire rouler par terre 🤗Ça m'a fait penser à ce petit plateau portatif pour dés que j'avais fabriqué avec du carton de récup. L'idée c'était d'avoir un objet que je pouvais transporter facilement et assez solide pour qu'on puisse le manipuler très souvent. Léger, petit et résistant. The recess of the dice tray should be large & deep enough to catch a wildly thrown die. So 22Lx20Wx5d in cm? How's that sound? I can then cut a soft black rolling mat to size.
