This Is My Glasgow<p>This is a beautiful little detail on the door of Glasgow University's Graham Kerr Building. This Is My Glasgow<p>The surviving 19th Century South Lodge of Garscube House on Bearsden Road in the west of Glasgow. Garscube House, a large Georgian era mansion built in 1827, was demolished in 1954, but a number of other buildings on its surrounding estate still exist. This Is My Glasgow<p>The main house of the Home Farm on the Garscube Estate on the northwestern edge of Glasgow. This land had been owned by the Campbell family since 1687, and in 1827 Archibald Campbell built the grand Garscube House on the estate to replace an earlier mansion. This Is My Glasgow<p>The main buildings and Gothic tower of Glasgow University as seen from the neighbouring Kelvingrove Park. This Is My Glasgow<p>Love this pair of Renaissance style townhouses on University Gardens on Glasgow University's Gilmorehill Campus, which were designed by J.J. Burnet and were built in the 1880s. This Is My Glasgow<p>Love the shape of this door handle, as well as the patina and wear on it.
