Today 21st March the postman brings a letter dated 14th March inviting me to a hospital appointment on 10th March - letter sent four days after the appointment ( which I did attend having had a previous notification weeks before.). <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/nhsreform" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>nhsreform</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/kingstonhospital" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>kingstonhospital</span></a> I can’t help thinking there is scope for efficiency rather than cuts in front line NHS services! And while I am at it, NHS keeps changing it’s IT, and it always looks and works worse ! No doubt they use costly contractors.</p>
