Michael Marten<p>Entrance to a woodland - English Peak District.<br>This was my first successful 4x5 photograph, on Provia 100F. It was made on a day workshop with Tim Parkin and Dav Thomas, and having been bitten by the LF bug from that one day, I have continued to use it - and even now, after about 4 or 5 years of minimal LF photography (just starting to make LF images again), I still think of LF as my default format. The slow process means I need a certain measure of calm in my personal life to feel I can make LF images, and that is now returning after a period of considerable upheaval.</p><p><a href="https://todon.eu/tags/PeakDistrict" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PeakDistrict</span></a> <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/Trees" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Trees</span></a> <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/England" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>England</span></a> <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/Fuji" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Fuji</span></a> <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/Provia100F" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Provia100F</span></a> <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/BelieveInFilm" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BelieveInFilm</span></a></p>
