Erik<p>Destroy! – Burn This Racist System Down! 7"</p><p>I think this is considered a classic, and it has been repressed multiple times. Still, previously I thought of this release as only "good enough", but now I don't understand why, because this is great crust/grind! Had to play it twice.</p><p><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/crust" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>crust</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/punk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>punk</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/grind" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>grind</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/vinyl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>vinyl</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/nowPlaying" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>nowPlaying</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/Destroy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Destroy</span></a></p>
Erik<p>I like 7 inches, and I like random:</p><p>Contrary to what the cover wants you to believe, #5 in Con-Dom's Sermon series is called "Love".</p><p>I feel there was a lost opportunity for a word play using the artist name, but I think he was too serious for such things. </p><p>Anyway, this is, of course good, as are most of the output from one of the most unique power electronics artists.</p><p><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/ConDom" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ConDom</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/powerElectronics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>powerElectronics</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/vinyl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>vinyl</span></a></p>
Erik<p>Small Cruel Party - "The Subtle Body" 7"</p><p>Was looking at some Small Cruel Party releases, thinking that I didn't have any. Turns out I do, but I had to go through an extensive searching operation to find it. Of course, it was worth it for a few minutes of lo-fi field recording with electronic noises – primitive and subtle. Very nice.</p><p><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/vinyl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>vinyl</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/SmallCruelParty" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SmallCruelParty</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/experimental" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>experimental</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/fieldRecording" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fieldRecording</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/noise" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>noise</span></a></p>
Erik<p>Random 7" #3: Maeror Tri / Crawl Unit – Forazeihan / Broken Books And Wings</p><p>Of course, I rather have 70+ min. of Maeror Tri than half a 45rpm 7", but despite its length, this late piece (from 96) is quite satisfying. </p><p>The Crawl Unit side is also satisfying, with a light, shimmering drone piece with some glitching and metallic sounds on top. Too bad this is the only thing I have by this project.</p><p><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/CrawlUnit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>CrawlUnit</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/MaerorTri" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MaerorTri</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/drone" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>drone</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/ambient" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ambient</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/experimental" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>experimental</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/vinyl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>vinyl</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a></p>
Erik<p>One more random 7" pick.</p><p>I went through a period a long time ago, when I was kind of bored with most music. So, I started listening to silly humor-bands, noisecore, etc. Some of them funny, while most were just stupid. A few of them quite good - sometimes. Most were a combination of all three. </p><p><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/Breathiliz%C3%B6r" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Breathilizör</span></a>, a metal parody band, is one of the most enjoyable of the bunch, although this 7" might not be the best I've heard from them.</p><p><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/vinyl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>vinyl</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/metal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>metal</span></a></p>
Erik<p>Random 7" pick of today: Unearthly Trance - Frost Walk With Me / Vitriolic Veracity Vs. The Vortex. </p><p>Had forgotten about this band. Very good, rough doom metal. Maybe I'll listen to the only album I have by them tomorrow, "Season Of Seance, Science Of Silence".<br><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/UnearthlyTrance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>UnearthlyTrance</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/doomMetal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>doomMetal</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/metal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>metal</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/nowPlaying" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>nowPlaying</span></a></p>
Erik<p>S·Core ‎– Vermin</p><p>I think somebody called S·Core your favourite noisartists favorite noise artist. I've not hear many releases, and only have two 7" and one CD, but it's all very good and unique.</p><p>This picture 7" is also the only release I have from the infamous <br>Praxis Dr. Bearmann label.<br><a href="https://eeee.no/tags/noise" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>noise</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/seveninch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>seveninch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/sCore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>sCore</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/NowPlaying" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NowPlaying</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/PraxisDrBearmann" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PraxisDrBearmann</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/7inch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>7inch</span></a> <a href="https://eeee.no/tags/vinyl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>vinyl</span></a></p>
