Ten niezwykły obiekt jest doskonale widoczny na niebie zachodnim około jednej godziny po zachodzie Słońca.</p><p>☄️ Sytuacja na najbliższy tydzień wygląda następująco:<br>Kometa z każdą godziną coraz bardziej oddala się do Słońca. Będzie pozwalało nam to na jej obserwacje coraz dłużej po zmierzchu, a co za tym idzie na tle coraz ciemniejszego nieba.<br>Warkocz komety jest znakomicie widoczny, ale to nie wszystko! Wczoraj zaczęły spływać pierwsze zdjęcia i relacje z obserwacji tzw. przeciw-warkocza - warkocza z większych cząstek pyłu układającego się na trasie lotu komety. Z każdym dnem powinien być on widoczny coraz wyraźniej! 😍</p><p>Teoretycznie sprawę obserwacji może z każdym dniem utrudniać nieco jaśniejący Księżyc, ale patrząc po tych fotografiach od Was (wszystkim autorom pięknie dziękuję!) nie mam wątpliwości, że w tym tygodniu na niebie czeka nas prawdziwe widowisko - nawet prze czwartkowej pełni Księżyca! </p><p>👀 Podsumowując: gdzie i kiedy szukać komety?<br>🕣 Zacznijcie jej wypatrywać godzinę po zachodzie Słońca w miejscu Waszych obserwacji - niezależnie czy mieszkacie w Warszawie, Berlinie, Londynie czy Barcelonie. GODZINĘ po zachodzie Słońca w Waszej lokalizacji będzie wystarczająco ciemno, aby zobaczyć kometę gołym okiem.</p><p>🧭 Wypatrujcie komety nisko nad zachodnim horyzontem. </p><p>☁️ Dziś większość Polski będzie pod chmurami, ale reszta tygodnia? ALE! Od kilku godzin utrzymują się naprawdę ŚWIETNE warunki do wystąpienia zorzy polarnej nad Polską! Parametr Bz w zasadzie od północy jest na głębokim minusie, a to najlepszy wyznacznik tego, czy zorza będzie, czy nie. </p><p>Nie umiem odpowiedzieć na pytanie "jak długo to się utrzyma". Ale skoro trwa to już 16 godzin, to może wytrzyma jeszcze 6 kolejnych? Trzymajcie kciuki. Przy takich parametrach zorza w zasadzie jest gwarantowana.</p><p>Oczywiście można zastanawiać się, czy tym razem nie będzie niewypału jak poprzednio. To zawsze jest możliwe. W poniedziałek jednak czekaliśmy na dobre warunki, które finalnie nie nadeszły (tzn. dziś wiemy, że przyszły przed świtem i były dużo słabsze od oczekiwanych). Dziś jest tak, że świetne warunki JUŻ TU SĄ. Wystarczy, aby wytrzymały do zapadnięcia zmierzchu i będzie z tego zorza! 🙂 </p><p>Wiem, że pogoda dziś taka sobie, ale jeśli tylko będziecie mieli okienko pogodowe - warto zapolować po zmierzchu. Gdy zacznie się ściemniać dam jeszcze znać, jak wygląda aktualna sytuacja i czy aby nic się w niej nie popsuło. Szalenie trudno mi uwierzyć, że słabe CME które przeszło we wtorek przed świtem było tym, na co cały astronomiczny świat czekał. <br>I choć czasem zdarza się, że sytuacja wyjściowa na Słońcu jest niejasna i nie jesteśmy pewni jakie to będzie miało skutki dla Ziemi, tym razem zdawało się nie być wątpliwości: liczne CME, jedno za drugim, prosto w stronę Ziemi. Teoretycznie tam nie miało co nie zagrać. A jednak coś nie pykło 🤷🏻♂️<br>To pokazuje jak szalenie nieprzewidywalnym zjawiskiem są zorze polarne, a raczej aktywność słoneczna, która je wywołuje. CME mogło rozlecieć się po drodze, raczej nie poszło bokiem. Satelity takie jak STEREO-A też niczego nie zarejestrowały. Można niby zrzucić winę na Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC), które co jakiś czas totalnie zawala swoje prognozy, ale osobiście byłem przekonany, że TA KONKRETNA jest akurat niedoszacowana - podobnie jak przed majową zorzą. No naprawdę sprawa wyglądała na oczywistą...</p><p>Z jednej strony przykro mi, jeśli ta sytuacja Was rozczarowała. Choć Wy zgromadzeni na Z głową w gwiazdach akurat wiecie już trochę bardziej jak to z tymi zjawiskami astronomicznymi bywa. Wczoraj o 22:30 odebrałem telefon od znajomej, która relacjonowała mi, jak gdzieś na Podlasiu, niedaleko granicy gromadzą się na polanie ludzie, wypatrujący zorzy polarnej. Dała mnie na głośnik, a ja z bólem serca wyjaśniłem co się dzieje i dałem błogosławieństwo do pójścia spać.</p><p>Z drugiej jednak strony, każda taka sytuacja mnie cieszy! <br>Wczoraj dziesiątki tysięcy ludzi stało pod niebem i wpatrywało się w gwiazdy! 🤩 Nawet jeśli nie zobaczyli zorzy, to może udało się wypatrzeć jakąś konstelację? A może śmignął im meteor (sam kilka ładnych widziałem!) albo jakiś satelita? Może po prostu miło spędzili czas zdala od rolek na FB i Insta? Rakieta jest na orbicie o wysokości ponad 500 km więc czas obiegu wynosi pewnie ok. 100 minut. Kolejny przelot powinien być widoczny ok. 00:40 (postaram się to doprecyzować).</p><p>Nie wiem czy silniki korekcyjne dalej wariują.
