Real question, if you’re willing to share — If you’re in your mid forties or older, what’s your fitness regimen? How do you think about food?
I’m particularly interested in answers from the US: I was fine until I moved here, and the change in lifestyle was not good for me. So what’s your plan?
@ben until recently, I lifted very heavy objects 4 times a week along with a lot of walking around town.
As for food, I eat three meals a day, as I have to make food for Bill. This is good for me, as I stress-starve, so I’d miss meals for a day or two.
US portions are totally insane, so when I get takeaway, usually we split it for lunch and supper — so two lunch orders become two lunches and two suppers.
