Shoveling fear to an already terrorized populace serves nothing. It's actually counter-productive. Our enemy *wants* us to be afraid. Scared people don't resist. They hide.

Giving people hope, on the other hand, gives people strength to resist. Hope gives us our fight back.

I don't care if you've been disappointed in the past. Hope again. Get back up. Fight back.

We can overcome. We WILL beat this.

Hope is true resistance.
