#SmallwoodStatePark, Maryland pedestrian Bridge from campground to marina. It takes 1 1/2 hours to get to from my house.

This state park is located on the Potomac River just about opposite Quantico, VA. It is named after Revolutionary War General Smallwood and is located in an area called Nanjemoy, 80% of which is undeveloped.

The park contains Smallwood's homestead and much more. #MallowsBay, a five minute ride, is a newly designated national underwater park which is a whole other story.
