Got me a #kindle #scribe for Christmas. Love to write with a real pen on something that resembles real paper, but with results I can digitally process, search etc.

Problem: amazon exports only a PDF with the handwriting and text without any structure. Disappointing.

LLMs for the rescue! So far had good success and some unexpected fails getting more out of the PDF than what amazon does. Here's my posts on medium about it.

One thing quite intriguing about recent #proton annoucements is, there is nothing about both #scribe and crypto wallet either on their mastodon account or through mail, and infact after seeing posts about #scribe from few folks whom i follow and @techlore posts about crypto wallet, i got to know about both new features. But to nobody's surprise, one can see #proton posting regularly about privacy related features and blog posts on mastodon.
