For #ThickTrunkTuesday, here's a woodsy path near Cresheim Creek from earlier this summer.

Film photo taken with my dad's Konica FS-1 SLR. I like how it captured the bright patches of sunlight poking through the tree canopy. Is that #halation?

EDIT: It sure is! I shot this on Cinestill 400D film, which is apparently known for halation: fstoppers.com/reviews/cinestil

I ordered a print of this one :)

A shady trail on a sunny day, with tree trunks and green leaves everywhere. Any opening in the canopy is weirdly overexposed with a bright red tint around the edges, so it looks like there are three or four suns in the sky.
