FOR MORE ATTACKS AND HATE AGAINST EVERY STATE
In February 2025, the public prosecutor of Munich again carried out a repressive operation against anarchists, this time in the form of raids and arrests. The Bavarian police state, embarrassed by anarchist publications and anonymous attacks, invents accusations and looks for suspicious individuals to blame. The anarchist agitation of recent years has developed a subversive reach that is difficult to assess but certainly is uncontrollable. Anarchist ideas spread on paper and put into practice can prove to be a dangerous mixture contributing to the spread of social revolt.
During these raids, the cops arrested our comrades, N. and M. who are currently still held in pre-trial detention. The reason: an ongoing case which suspects the comrades of having been part of an alleged editorial team, declared a criminal organisation, for the anarchist newspaper Zündlumpen. The invention of this accusation led to several raids in 2022, the confiscation of an entire print shop and the closure of the Munich anarchist library Frevel.
However, this time the reasons for the raids, carried out with typical Bavarian bravado, were different. The first one targets a single edition agitation paper: Hetzblatt gegen den Windpark, which is directed against the Wacker chemical company that poisons the area around Altötting in Bavaria with their production of microchips and solar panels. This time the paper is alleged to justify and even ‘reward’ criminal activity.The second reason was six arson attacks. One against machinery at a geothermal plant, which tears open our earth and sucks it dry to fuel this insane society. Other actions targeted logging and roadwork machinery, a 200 meter long railway maintenance vehicle and a wind power station. Lastly, several fires at a concrete plant temporarily stopped its ability to make our lives more grey.
We do not care whether the accusations and suspicions against our comrades are ‘true’ or not. In any case, there is nothing more alien to the truth than the brain of a public prosecutor. The concept of guilt and innocence is just as hostile to us as the logic of punishment and incarceration. We stand behind our comrades affected by repression, the ideas of wild anarchy and anonymous attacks against the ruling structures and people.
In solidarity with N. and M.: Let us continue to agitate against the state and patriarchy. Against capital and the industry and technology destroying our lives and our earth! Their infrastructure and rule is ultimately based on a network that is vulnerable and can be attacked anywhere. Let us be clear: only by directly attacking the pillars of authority and those responsible, through individual and collective refusal and revolt can we find a different way of life that is not based on industry, capital and domination.
