Was lucky to get a view of C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS) tonight ☄️🙌

Both of these were with my iPhone. The close-up was a digiscope through 20x80 binoculars.

A memorable sight!

Digiscope view through binoculars. The comet fills the image circle with the nucleus positioned in the lower right, tail going diagonally up and left. Possibly a hint of anti-tail (going in the opposite direction to the main tail) appearing a faint, narrow line. The background is pale with stars scattered around.
Night photo. Street lit foreground, tree on the left, fence in the middle, car on the right. White houses with dark roofs in the middle distance. In a gap in the centre, distant trees appear dark (due to not being under streetlights). The upper two thirds of the image are sky, which appears blue due to long exposure picking up moonlight (to the eye it was dark). Bright stars are speckled around, including the distinctive u-shape of Corona Borealis in the top right. A loose string of stars in the middle going from upper right to lower left are the stars of Serpens. The comet is in the centre of Serpens, with the tail going off to the top left. The comet has a fairly bright white nucleus, and the tail starts off bright and distinct, becoming diffuse. The tail extends quite far into Ophiuchus, covering quite a large area. There’s some glare from a streetlight which is out of view making a faint vertical orange artefact driving the sky.
