Если финансовая организация заключит договор с человеком, у которого установлен запрет, она не сможет требовать от него исполнения обязательств по такому договору
Запрет возможен в разных конфигурациях: для банков и микрокредитных, а также лично и удалённо. Или так называемый "полный" режим.
На самом деле, "полный" запрет тоже не полный, т.к не запрещает ипотеку, образовательные и автокредиты. Но и их оформление - более сложная и зарегулированная процедура.
Я воспользовался случаем и протестировал свои РуТокены при подписи заявления на запрет.
Теперь можно будет отвыкнуть посещать личный кабинет кредитного бюро на регулярной основе.
