You've blown my mind, @nobody1231234. I've always thought of a kind God, the one inspired by Jesus Christ. This whole cruel God who demands hell for his faithful sounds very strange to me. It seems @poleguy brings up a positive point.

Yeah, yeah. I understand and agree with you. However, aside from the fact that there are people left behind, which seems logical to me, the point is that we're alive now, and we're entering hell. Aren't you afraid of starving to death? That's why I ask about the rapture.

I've never known what salvation is. Supposedly, it's eternal life. Well, that's what's offered, but salvation would be in this world, I think. I'm seeing the perfect storm brewing here. I see war and famine just around the corner. Is God going to save us from this?
