For anyone getting into #HL2 for the first time, add "+hud_fastswitch 3" to your launch options to save you some headache, you'll still need to reload when switching but the click to confirm thing HL2 does is some edge-of-the-90s-going-into-00s keyboard and mouse bull.

I got my copy of #HL2 around the time Episode 1 came out, and played it through. It was a formative experience for me. Hard to believe it is already the eve of the 20th anniversary of that game's initial release.
I'm pretty sure I played the Ravenholm demo not long after the launch in 2004.

Half Life 2 is free right now and just got a big update for its 20th anniversary if anyone wants to take advantage of that while it is.
The update notes also seems to indicate that both expansions (Episode 1 and Episode 2) are also included. Not entirely sure of this as I already own all of them.

En SteamDB, podemos observar que no paran de actualizar la "branch" beta de HL2. 
Mientras tanto, al parecer(según algunos Youtubers). Valve se ha puesto a contratar a gente con mucha experiencia para crear "algo.
