1. You gain more information about a person's accomplishments, which means potentially more insight into the internal organizational structure.

2. In the case of phone numbers, you now have a list of the best ones to spoof, including names and titles to make your case more believable.

Red teamers are now using AI-enhanced open source intelligence (OSINT) to breach physical security like never before. A recent engagement showed how AI provided:
・📅 Building event schedules
・🧥 Employee dress code (even “jeans on Fridays”)
・🪪 Badge design details for forgeries
・🛡️ Guard routines & building control data
・🚛 Freight elevator access used as a backdoor

With AI, attackers can now mimic insiders, exploit gaps between multiple guard services, and confidently walk past defenses.

The biggest lesson? 🔐 Policies that restrict employee disclosure are meaningless if the same intel is publicly accessible and AI makes it fast to find.
