Mit einem freien ROM läuft es jetzt mit Android 15 – schnell, stabil und top aktuell. Die Hardware ist solide, und das Ganze ist nicht nur ressourcenschonend, sondern auch kostensparend. 
Tolle Hardware muss nicht in die Schublade oder weggeworfen werden.

So I have an #Android #CustomROM #flash question: I'd like to buy a #Pixel 6 Pro, which is presumably running Android 15 today, I'd like to flash it with a custom ROM, which is running Android 14. Is this possible? Directly? With an intermediate flash step? Can't it be done?
That would help me decide whether to go for a Pixel 7 Pro instead (but that's 50 to 100 euros more...). I'm already losing out on my previous smartphone...)

So I decided to try custom ROMs again on POCO F3 and I'm pretty happy about it. Battery life is noticably better than HyperOS, which is very important.
There are only a couple of tiny things I'm not happy about, which hopefully the maintainer will fix them in the next build.

Hace tiempo mi pareja cedió un viejo Redmi Note 7 pero la personita tiene manos de estómago y al final lo regresó sin el botón de volumen y bueh... amen que a ese teléfono hace ya mas tiempo le había metido mano para abrirle el bootload pero honestamente ya no me acuerdo del proceso.
La cosa es que Lineage no tiene soporte para este modelo :/ pero encontré que uno llamado AxionOS si funciona para ese... pero las indicaciones del foro eh... no me ayudan en nada.
Alguien me puede explicar así en cristiano como instalarle la Rom?

Jemand Erfahrung mit #eOS Flash auf einem #Samsung A52s 5G?
Mir scheint die Doku veraltet und ich scheitere schon beim finden der vbmeta.img Datei, da es sie nicht mehr zu geben scheint. Zudem wird eine Installation mit #Odin vorgeschlagen. Die Samsung Software heißt meines Wissens aber mittlerweile Heimdall. Funktioniert der Flash damit dennoch?
Dachte ich frag mal nach Hilfe, bevor ich das Smartphone zum Briefbeschwerer mache.

Wir erinnern uns an eine Website, mit der es möglich war, #Smartphone-Modelle auszuwählen, um dann zu sehen, welche #Android-#CustomROMs hierfür verfügbar sind. Leider war die Suche danach bisher erfolglos. Vielleicht kann uns ja jemand aus dem Fediverse weiterhelfen.
Update: XDA und https://customrombay.org/ waren's nicht, wobei v. a. Letzteres gut aussieht.
Update 2: https://handy-helfer.de war's! Danke @berlin! Nächstes Mal am besten erst intern fragen.
