On the local #today. <announcement I ignore> I notice the doors haven't closed, still. Red signal ahead? Then I notice the car has emptied onto the platform & the sign says next stop Brooklyn! I wait on the platform & there's another announcement I can't hear but everyone gets back on, so I do too. Turns out the signs said we were an F but we were still a C.

I missed the E at Times Square platform south bound this morning but was able to catch the A express. We caught up with the E, so I changed at Canal. But the E ended up being held in the station, shouldda stayed on the express & walked the extra block at Chambers.

New record this week, in waiting to get a solo elevator at work (7WTC) - twenty-one! (21) Granted it was a Monday morning, but around 8:30, not at 8:55 or anything. Previous record was 17 but there was a convention with so many people I had to leave the lobby area until they cleared out (didn't count elevators during that time).
