Lieber wo #falafel kaufen, in der Landwehrstraße #cigkoefte bei Efsane, oder ich nehme mit die Zeit für ein genüssliches Essen bei #maxpett beim Sendlinger Tor. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für ein Essen in #vegan, auch ohne Ersatzprodukt. Wenn menschy es bekommt, kann es auch Tempeh in die Semmel klemmen, oder einen #veganenAufstrich drauf geben.
Die positive Flanke dieses Triggersignals hat mich daran erinnert, dass ich noch einen Rest von den gekochten Mungbohnen habe, welche ich zu einem Aufstrich umfunktionieren möchte.

These turned out really well. The flavor is getting close. I ended up using garlic powder as well as minced garlic and increased the cumin and cayenne pepper. This time we also had fresh cilantro and dill, which makes a big difference.
These go great with our homemade tzatziki and my sourdough pita.

E così ieri di ritorno dalla corsetta al parco ho raccolto le ortiche selvatiche e poi a cena le ho ripassate in padella per sentirne bene bene il sapore in questa primissima occasione che le preparavo. Ci ho messo accanto dei falafel fatti un po' a casaccio che son venuti bene ma non benissimo a dire il vero. Del resto si sa, se i falafel non li inzuppi nell'olio mentre li friggi non verranno mai tanto bene

Also, shout out to my Grandmother, as the cherry tomatoes and the green pepper used in the Greek salad are from her garden! Everything was DELICIOUS, but honestly, I'm still dreaming of eating that rice!! I could have eaten the whole pot!
