15 Metronet fades in the last day.
I made a service call Wednesday morning. It went much differently than the one back in the winter.
Metronet now has an automated link tester. It immediately confirmed the poor QOS. No run-around from an arrogant customer agent.
And the service automation immediately located the fault, created the necessary work orders, and the issue was corrected within 15 minutes (it was in the CO).
